Book the Band
Here’s all the info you need about having the Marching Pirates perform.
The Marching Pirates are available to perform for competitions and other special events! Please read the requirements below and fill out the form. If you have questions, email email@example.com.
All bookings are contingent upon band availability and require at least 2 weeks notice.
- If you do not wish to book the full band, the minimum group size is 30 members.
- The location will have water and restrooms.
- Band members will be on set for 50 minutes with a 10 minute break every hour.
- If members are on location 3 or more hours, a meal must be provided.
- Event host will have regular medical materials (first aid kit) on the premises.
- The Director of Athletic Bands must perform a site visit no less than 1 week prior to the event.
The requester will pay travel expenses (either ECU Transit or charter buses) for the band. We also require a donation of at least $500 for our performance. You can donate here.
